Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive optimization across our U.S. warehousing network, spanning 25+ locations.

You will shape the supply chain strategy, lead automation initiatives (AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, robotics), and manage multi-site programs from business case through execution. You will partner with Plant managers and senior leaders to deliver on cost, safety, space, and throughput goals, building capital plans, roadmaps, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in project management and warehouse/site operations.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on team development and empowerment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build and present business cases for capital expenses.
• Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong MS Office Suite Skills & Experience (Excel, Word, Teams, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse optimization projects and automation initiatives.
• Develop and present ROI, risk, and roadmaps to leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budgets.
