Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Director of Warehouse Optimization and Automation in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role leads strategic optimization across Saputo’s warehousing network and drives automation initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and capacity. Travel up to 50% is required as needed to support multi-site deployments.

You will own business cases, ROI analyses, and change management while partnering with site leadership to deliver sustained value across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in project management, warehouse and/or site operations.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build and present business cases.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse automation and network optimization projects across multiple sites.
• Develop business cases with ROI and risk analysis for large-scale initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders from plant managers to executives, securing alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and budget.
