Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Franklin, WI to oversee a 340,000 sq ft facility and support cheese network optimization in North America. You will lead shifts, coordinate shipping, perform inventories, and train staff while ensuring safety and SAP process adherence.

Starting pay is $31.16/hr plus shift differential. The role requires GMP familiarity, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and teamwork across departments in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety policies.
• Experience leading teams and following safety procedures.
• Ability to follow sanitation and quality policies and report deficiencies.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads a shift of team members, coordinating shipping and warehouse operations.
• Perform product inventory activities and report variances.
• Provide training to new and current employees and document progress.
• Monitor work schedules and backfill vacancies to minimize disruption.
• Recommend improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity.
• Perform SAP transactions and complete documentation.
• Maintain time and shipping records and prepare reports.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate product rework activities and cross-functional support.
