Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director of Value & Access to define and execute access strategies for oncology and precision diagnostics, including computational pathology. You will translate clinical and economic value into coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes to improve patient access and business impact.

The role reports to the VP, Value & Access, Diagnostics and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, and is part of the Chief Innovation Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD)
10+ years in Access, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or related roles in diagnostics/oncology
Experience in oncology, precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology/AI-enabled diagnostics
Experience contributing to global Access strategies across geographies
Ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of Access strategies for oncology diagnostics and computational pathology solutions
Shape payer engagement strategies to secure medical policy coverage and payment levels
Embed access requirements into innovation, launch planning, and portfolio strategy
Contribute to global Access strategies across key geographies (U.S., Europe, Asia, LATAM)
Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial
Serve as the Value & Access voice in development, launch, and go-to-market decisions for Danaher Oncology portfolio
