Job summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director, Global Value, Access & Pricing NSCLC Oncology to define and drive global value, access, and pricing strategies for oncology assets across the lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence development and launch plans, and ensure payer and HTA considerations are integral to strategy.

This role partners with Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, guiding evidence generation, sequencing, and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in market access, pricing, HEOR, or related functions with global leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in pricing, reimbursement, and oncology product development with payer/HTA knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence clinical development and launch planning to optimize outcomes.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global value, access, and pricing strategy across product lifecycle.
• Influence development, evidence generation, and lifecycle management through governance forums.
• Develop global value propositions and pricing architectures across major markets.
• Assess market access risks and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Lead HTA readiness and align EU/JCA strategy with regional teams.
• Partner across functions to integrate access considerations into development and commercialization.
• Advise senior leadership on pricing, reimbursement, and launch readiness.
• Mentor and develop talent within Global Value & Access.
