• Experience in UM or payer/health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management teams for utilization management strategy and roadmap.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features to deliver value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, marketing and sales.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive optimization across the lifecycle.
