Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management and strategy, preferably in health insurance.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• UM experience in payer, provider, or health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio alignment with business goals.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and monitor timelines and budgets.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to drive innovation.
