Qualifikationen

• Active DoW Secret clearance is required with immediate TS/SCI upgrade preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in government/defense programs.
• Experience managing large government programs, contracts, or initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong engagement with senior government, military, industry, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and priorities.
• Support senior-level customer engagement and relationships within the Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedule, and base readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable leadership recommendations.
• Evaluate performance measures and support informed decision making.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational processes and governance frameworks.
• Analyze complex challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support execution of complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Promote collaboration across government, industry, and internal orgs for mission success.
• Provide expertise on defense industrial base, supply chain, and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices related to Navy/defense programs.
