Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced leadership and strategy roles.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in defense or government programs.
• Experience managing large-scale government contracts or acquisition initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Active DoW Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and risk mitigation.
• Support high-level customer engagement and maintain relationships across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Independently assess program performance, schedule, and industrial base readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable leadership recommendations.
• Evaluate performance metrics and drive governance, processes, and operational improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
• Promote collaboration across government, industry, and internal organizations to achieve mission success.
