Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to support the Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio within the PAE model. You will drive cradle-to-grave acquisition, lifecycle sustainment, and strategic contracting for advanced undersea platforms.

The role requires active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), U.S. citizenship, and a track record of leadership across defense programs. Travel ~25% and matrix leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance (with TS/SCI preferred).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• 10 years of leadership in complex government/defense programs.
• Experience managing large-scale government programs or contracts.
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and strategic priorities.
• Support senior-level customer engagement across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedule, and acquisition outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate performance measures and drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and refine operational processes, governance, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance program objectives and milestones.
• Support complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
