Job summary

Frequentis USA Inc. seeks an experienced Government Affairs leader to drive U.S. growth and engage federal and local stakeholders. You will translate policy priorities into actionable opportunities and coordinate across business development, communications, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in government affairs or related leadership role.
• Proven ability to translate legislative, regulatory, funding and market developments into business strategies.
• Strong understanding of U.S. government procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and executive advisory skills with stakeholder engagement plans.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government program work.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the U.S. growth strategy aligned with Frequentis’ capabilities.
• Translate government priorities into actionable business opportunities.
• Advise and coach teams on customer priorities and funding strategies.
• Coordinate government affairs across departments and functions.
• Brief executives on political, budgetary, regulatory, and stakeholder developments.
• Own an integrated senior level government stakeholder engagement plan.
• Represent the company at industry associations, conferences, and public policy forums.
• Develop strategic messaging connecting Frequentis technologies to stakeholders.
