Job summary

Amadeus seeks a senior leader to head Industry and Government Affairs USA, defining and executing the US strategy for industry and regulatory engagement. You will own relationships with institutional decision makers and trade associations, aligning positions across business units and legal teams to protect market access and drive growth.

This high-visibility role requires deep policy knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a dynamic regulatory

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business, Law, International Relations, Public Policy or a related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, or strategic stakeholder management.
• Proven track record leading complex advocacy strategies with senior government and industry decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the US industry and regulatory affairs strategy and annual advocacy roadmap.
• Anticipate and raise regulatory, political, and geopolitical developments affecting Amadeus' US business.
• Lead senior‑level engagement with US institutional stakeholders, trade associations, government contacts, and external advisers.
• Drive executive alignment on Amadeus' positions and responses with internal teams.
• Lead cross‑functional working groups on US regulatory priorities and business development opportunities.
• Represent Amadeus externally in senior forums, conferences, and institutional meetings.
• Translate intelligence into business impact for risk mitigation and opportunity identification.
• Measure and report outcomes against engagement plans and market access priorities.
