Ladders is seeking a Director, TV, Video, Audio & Display to lead integrated media strategy and execution across TV, video, audio, and display with a focus on performance and client partnership. Remote work available for US-based candidates.

You will translate business goals into channel plans, guide measurement, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. This leadership role emphasizes cross-channel alignment and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

10+ years in TV/video/audio/display with results across partners.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Hands-on with DSP and ad-server workflows.
Experience connecting media performance to revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

Own senior stakeholder relationships and align plans to business goals.
Lead onboarding, transitions, escalations, and support new business initiatives.
Orchestrate optimization across partners and pilot new strategies.
Embed insights into planning and improve tools through feedback loops.
Establish measurement habits and forecast impact.
Collaborate with the media investment team to ensure data health.
Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs and timely feedback.
