Ladders is seeking a Director, Showroom Experience to lead the showroom strategy across the U.S., with remote-friendly arrangements. The role focuses on transforming showrooms into high-touch, luxury consultative environments that boost sales and customer engagement.

You will partner with showroom teams and sales associates to standardize operations, develop staff, and coordinate resources for openings and remodels. Expect regular travel to assess performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, interior design, or related field.
• 5+ years of retail sales experience with management responsibilities.
• Experience in home/design industry preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilités
