Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Content Innovation & Visualization to lead how complex financial information is transformed into clear, decision-ready content. You will shape cross-functional programs, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable data-driven storytelling.

Based remotely in the US, you will drive data, AI, and visualization initiatives, produce executive-ready presentations, and mentor teams across analytics, product, and communications to align on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, financial services, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to clarify problems and align on solutions.
• Determine the best approach for business challenges using data, AI, and visualization.
• Work with data and AI tools to develop prototypes and scalable solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable narratives and executive presentations.
• Evaluate emerging tools for practical value and contribute to best practices.
