Ladders is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy for digital advertising solutions in a fast-evolving media landscape. You will partner with product, sales, and stakeholders to develop clear positioning and drive revenue growth, translating product capabilities into compelling advertiser messaging.

Remote role in the US, with a focus on go-to-market excellence and cross-functional leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in digital content or media.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship across functions.
• Proven track record in messaging and positioning for advertising products.
• Experience building sales enablement materials that drive revenue.
• Familiarity with local and regional agencies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product to craft messaging for CTV/streaming ads and DSPs.
• Advocate for advertiser needs in product discussions.
• Build cross-team relationships to stay informed on market developments.
• Own marketing messaging and ensure brand consistency.
• Differentiate positioning against competitors in ad tech.
• Create sales enablement assets to drive revenue growth.
• Train sales on new features and positioning.
