Mondo is seeking a hands-on Senior TVAD Specialist to lead national brand campaigns across TV, CTV, digital video, audio, and display from a remote location. You will own activation, optimize media mix, monitor pacing, and ensure strategic alignment with brand objectives.

You will pull performance data, run insights, and present clear recommendations to clients. Collaboration with analytics and strategy teams is essential to drive lift and reach.

Formación

• 3-5+ years hands-on experience in TV/CTV/digital video/audio/display or programmatic media.
• Experience with campaign activation, media inventory evaluation, pacing, and optimization.
• Experience supporting upper-funnel brand awareness campaigns for national consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand measurement, including brand lift, awareness, reach/frequency, and incrementality.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and manage a national brand awareness campaign across TV, CTV, digital video, audio, and display channels.
• Evaluate media inventory, placements, audience targeting, and channel mix to align with brand objectives.
• Execute and optimize campaigns, including media setup, budget pacing, targeting, frequency management, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze campaign performance against upper-funnel KPIs such as brand awareness, brand lift, reach, frequency, consideration, and engagement.
• Partner with Analytics and Strategy teams to evaluate brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and other measurement approaches.
• Pull reporting, analyze trends, and translate campaign data into actionable optimization recommendations.
