Job summary

Tinuiti seeks a seasoned Director, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD) to lead a portfolio of clients and drive growth while aligning TVAD strategies with Search, Social, Commerce and Creative. You will own relationships with senior stakeholders, oversee asset optimization, and ensure data‑driven decisions that maximize value and profitability.

You will partner with internal leaders to resolve escalations, forecast impact, and guide teams to deliver measurable lift.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in TV/video/audio/display with proven results at scale across multiple partners.
• Hands-on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad-server workflows; frequency/overlap management.
• Experience connecting media to revenue, CAC, LTV and cross‑channel impact.

Responsibilities

• Own senior-stakeholder relationships and the client growth agenda; align TVAD plans to business goals.
• Lead onboarding, transitions, escalations, and expansion; support new business with clear narratives.
• Orchestrate optimization across partners/DSPs; embed Bliss Point insights into planning and allocation.
• Install strong measurement habits and forecast impact and risk.
• Manage margin/utilization and forecast accuracy with Finance and Analytics.
