Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director within the Transportation Business Group. You will lead pursuit and delivery of complex ADR projects and drive approvals in line with HDR policies and risk procedures.

You will collaborate with HDR leadership and other groups to negotiate terms, manage resources, and foster client relationships across multiple regions. This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams on large transportation projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive ADR project approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk committee inputs.
• Collaborate with HDR Business Group ADR Directors on policy, staffing, and contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal and risk coordination.
