Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Director, Engineering PMO – Transmission Line to lead enterprise-level delivery of high-voltage transmission projects. You will oversee governance, risk management, and performance across the program portfolio while partnering with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in electric utilities with strong leadership, technical oversight, and executive-facing

Formación

• 15+ years in electric utility engineering, program management, or HV transmission leadership.
• ABET-accredited BS in Engineering; MS preferred.
• P.E. license preferred; recognized technical authority.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise leadership for Transmission Line Engineering PMO and align with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks across full project lifecycle (concept to closeout).
• Ensure policy, risk, and quality systems are applied consistently across projects.
• Serve as senior advisor to executive leadership on engineering strategy and performance.
• Oversee portfolio of transmission line programs with schedule, budget, and safety alignment.
• Drive KPI dashboards and executive reporting for program delivery.
• Lead staffing models, succession planning, and capability development.
• Set tone for safety, quality, and integrity across the organization.
• Partner with engineering firms to drive quality, innovation, and capacity alignment.
