Braven is a national nonprofit dedicated to preparing college students for strong first opportunities after graduation through a career-accelerating program. The Director, Transformation and Operations will join the Office of the CEO to lead transformation initiatives, focusing on an expanded partnership pilot with a major higher-education partner and scalable model development for future sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of strategic operations experience managing complex projects.
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed environment and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and launch special initiatives with multi-year roadmaps and risk mitigation.
• Synthesize insights for senior leaders to guide strategy.
• Manage execution of diverse teams toward shared outcomes without direct reports.
• Develop and scale the expanded partnership pilot end-to-end with playbooks for future sites.
• Provide internal leadership in culture of excellence, learning, and collaboration.
• Turn priorities into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines.
