Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director, Transformation and Operations to join the Office of the CEO. The role leads the design and execution of transformation initiatives, focusing on expanding a higher-education partnership pilot and building repeatable operating models across partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of strategic operations experience.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and launch of special initiatives, including multi-year roadmaps.
• Synthesize insights for senior leaders to guide strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute initiatives without direct reporting.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate data and technology connectivity across Braven and partners.
