Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director, Transformation and Operations to lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives from a startup-like operations lens. The role focuses on building out the partnership pilot with a higher education partner, shaping scalable playbooks, and ensuring aligned outcomes across internal teams.

You will thrive in ambiguity, translating complex problems into structured plans, and driving cross-functional execution without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of strategic operations experience.
• Experience in education or nonprofit sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and launch transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Manage implementation of the expanded partnership pilot.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• Develop operating systems, trackers, and playbooks for ongoing ops.
