Braven, a national nonprofit, seeks a Director, Program Innovation to lead the Transformation team from Newark/NYC with a strong preference for Newark. This exempt, full-time role drives pilot design, program strategy, and organizational learning across university partnerships, alumni engagement, and talent pathways.

You will move initiatives from concept to scalable programs in a fast-paced startup-like culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to design and pilot programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilot design and execution for high-potential strategies.
• Define scalable program strategy and integration across teams.
• Design pilots, manage logistics, and synthesize learnings.
• Capture market intelligence and translate into hypotheses.
• Develop memos, briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support data collection and reporting to inform decisions.
