Job summary

Merkle, a leading data-driven marketing agency, is seeking a Director of Transformation Management to lead adoption, readiness, and value realization across multiple transformation initiatives. You will partner with executives to ensure programs translate to measurable business outcomes and sustained adoption.

The role operates at senior levels, aligning governance, roadmaps, and stakeholder management to deliver strategic change and business impact across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, organizational transformation, consulting, program leadership, change management, or strategy roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs within highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience establishing executive governance structures, operating models, measurement frameworks, and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation adoption strategy across multiple commercial transformation initiatives, ensuring new capabilities are adopted and deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align transformation priorities, adoption objectives, readiness activities, and business outcomes.
• Serve as the senior lead for the Transformation Management Office (TMO) adoption function, connecting transformation efforts across programs, business teams, and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain integrated adoption roadmaps that align capability releases, organizational readiness, communications, training, and business planning cycles.
• Translate technology deployments and program milestones into business capability adoption plans focused on user engagement and value realization.
• Establish governance processes and operating rhythms that support adoption decision-making, issue resolution, risk management, and executive visibility.
