Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Director of Value Consulting to quantify business impact of strategic technology, AI, and digital transformation investments. You will build financial models, ROI analyses, and value realization frameworks that translate complex initiatives into actionable client guidance.

You will lead the creation of business cases, P&L projections, and budget forecasts, collaborating with FP&A, data analysts, and consultants to drive credible recommendations and higher close rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; any major considered.
• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy consulting.
• 5+ years building financial models and ROI analyses.
• Experience turning insights into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop business value projections and ROI analyses for clients.
• Build financial models including P&L, budgeting, and forecasts.
• Lead client interviews and synthesize findings into narratives.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposals.
• Manage discovery sessions, workshops, and readouts.
