Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Director, Value Realization to lead the end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program. You will establish governance, financial discipline, tracking, and reporting to baseline, own, forecast, and deliver transformation commitments.

As the principal partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will quantify value (cost, revenue, working capital) and translate initiatives into P&L and cash impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a global org.
• Proven governance, business-case development, and executive reporting cadence.
• Strong financial acumen linking operational initiatives to P&L impact.
• Executive presence with influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end value realization process for the Transformation Program across the Global Functions.
• Quantify transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and embed into budgets and forecasts.
• Enforce value-capture discipline with grounded business cases and variance tracking.
• Partner with HR and Transformation Tower Leads to track Retained Organization savings and benefits.
• Serve as the finance approver at each stage-gate and oversee tracking in the Value Capture platform.
• Produce recurring executive reporting packages covering cost, benefit, progress, and risk.
