- Experience evaluating trade performance, network economics, routing effectiveness, service patterns, capacity utilization.
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead trade and network performance management to maximize commercial and operational outcomes.
- Establish priorities to improve profitability, utilization, service effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and network performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide data-driven insights to support commercial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
- Foster cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across Pricing, Fleet Planning, Liner Operations, and Analytics.
