Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs and drivers behind financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with business units to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring assumptions align with objectives.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, explaining drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Advise management on resource allocation and forecast assumptions.
