Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in ticket sales, ticket operations, or live events.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all ticket operations for athletic and live events and develop policies to optimize revenue.
• Manage staff including full-time, part-time, interns and event-day personnel.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for fans and stakeholders.
• Direct box office operations, staffing, cash handling, ticket distribution, and event-day troubleshooting.
• Administer ticketing platforms and related technologies (Paciolan, SeatGeek, Ballena).
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and venue partners to drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance and generate regular reporting on sales, attendance and inventory.
