National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics in Athens, Ohio seeks a Director of Ticket Operations to lead all athletics ticketing functions. You will oversee the ticketing system, manage ticket allocation and event setup, and serve as the daily liaison to Learfield Amplify, coordinating with Fan Engagement to drive pricing and revenue strategies for every ticketed event.

The role also includes financial oversight, budgeting, staff hiring/training, and ensuring top-notch customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Mansioni

• Oversees athletics ticketing operations and administers the ticketing system.
• Manages ticket allocation, event setup, digital tickets and parking products.
• Leads customer service and game-day ticket operations for all ticketed events.
• Develops and improves operational processes and provides system training.
• Supports donor and membership-related ticketing functions; collaborates on pricing strategies.
• Partners with Fan Engagement to implement revenue-generating ticketing initiatives.
