Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of ticket office experience.
• Paciolan Ticketing software experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of NCAA and Big 12 or P4 rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant AD, Ticket Operations with managing ticketed sports, special events and ticket sales.
• Oversee full-time staff and mentor and grow employees.
• Provide industry leading ticketing and customer service experience for fans and partners by phone, online or in person.
• Work with revenue generation team to analyze data and support strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with administration regarding ticket sales, revenue, promotions, etc.
• Be proactive and lead assigned sport and manage the sport’s operations.
• Manage renewal processes and timelines, online sales, and inventory control.
• Support Baylor Athletics’ events and road games as needed.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
