The University of Maryland, College Park seeks a Director of Ticket Operations to oversee ticket operations for Football, Gymnastics, and Baseball, with primary responsibility for Football ticket operations. You will lead staff, improve customer service, and drive revenue through renewals, seating, parking and digital ticketing.

You will collaborate with Marketing and campus partners, manage online platforms, and ensure high-quality ticketing experiences for fans, students, and donors, while

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four (4) years of experience in an athletics or higher education setting.
• Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics administrative structure and responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee ticket operations for Football, Gymnastics, and Baseball with primary focus on Football.
• Provide leadership to assigned staff and direct customer service initiatives.
• Manage Football renewals, priority seating, parking, reporting, digital ticketing, and postseason operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevGen, the Terrapin Club, campus partners, and other external units on ticket pricing and initiatives to maximize revenue and attendance.
• Maintain the Ticket Office website and eVenue information; drive online ticket sales focusing on customer experience and mobile applications.
