Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of ticket operations experience.
• Experience overseeing a Ticket Operations Office.
• Proficiency with Paciolan or similar ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ticket Office operations and staff.
• Increase ticket revenue and improve customer experience.
• Maintain data in the Ticketing database.
