Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
3+ years building distributed systems using cloud services (AWS preferred).
3+ years delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional teams.
3+ years experience with Agile delivery.
Experience in regulated environments.
MBA or Master’s in CS/Software Eng. preferred.
PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification desired.
3+ years people management or IC influence experience.
Experience driving platform standardization across product portfolios.

Responsibilities

Lead programs delivering on key business goals and scalable platforms.
Establish TPM operating models, maturity, and tooling.
Develop program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and definitions of done.
Coordinate cross-platform investment planning and architectural alignment.
Act as executive escalation point for program risks and data-driven tradeoffs.
Ensure measurable outcomes (availability, scalability, cost, velocity).
