Qualifications

• 3+ years people management or equivalent impact in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization’s TPM strategy and delivery framework across portfolios.
• Drive program roadmaps aligned to business objectives, define done, and sequence dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional technical investments and ensure architectural convergence and reuse.
• Act as executive escalation point for risks and influence data-driven tradeoffs by leadership.
