Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience with distributed systems and highly available services.
• Experience building solutions using cloud computing services, preferably AWS.
• 3+ years in Agile delivery.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and drive platform convergence.
• Define and align program roadmaps with business objectives and technical solutions.
• Serve as executive escalation point for program risks and tradeoffs.
• Ensure measurable outcomes: availability, scalability, cost efficiency, developer velocity.
