Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a builder and strategic leader who can design, launch, and scale learning and technical training programs that strengthen workforce capability across our operations and corporate functions.

This role goes beyond training: it creates leadership pipelines, accelerates time to competency, develops skilled technical talent, and drives operational and customer success through technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Workforce Development with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience building technical training, skills development, or apprenticeship programs.
• Ability to partner with Operations, Safety, HR, and subject matter experts to craft practical training.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, equipment-driven, or technical service environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with business goals with Operations, Safety, and HR.
• Lead safety, regulatory, certification, and technical training programs and centers.
• Develop skills frameworks and training programs to strengthen technical capability.
• Oversee LMS/LXP and digital learning tools, turning knowledge into scalable resources and measuring impact.
