Job summary

Infra Metals Co. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and deliver programs that enhance workforce performance across our nationwide network. You will ensure practical, high-quality training aligned to business needs and support leaders and employees with effective tools.

The role requires 5–7+ years in L&D, multi-site facilitation experience, strong program management and LMS proficiency, with a practical, process‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or related field.
• Experience delivering training in a multi-site or operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute learning programs aligned to business needs.
• Deliver training through in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop and maintain training content with SME input.
• Manage training schedules, calendars, and logistics across branches.
• Track participation and outcomes in the LMS and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to meet training needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and effectiveness.
• Support coordinators and facilitators to ensure quality.
