Job summary

Akamai Enterprise Security is seeking a Director, Business Development - Technology Alliances Manager to shape partnerships with ISV, cybersecurity, and cloud vendors. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, scope integrations, and drive joint go-to-market programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to create compelling use cases, briefs, and co-sell initiatives, and help grow partner-sourced pipelines across Zero Trust, IAM, and related ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Have 3-5 years of experience in technology alliances/partnerships or related roles.
• Hands-on exposure to building or supporting technical integrations (APIs, telemetry, policy enforcement).
• Familiar with cloud marketplaces, browser security, or AI governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with ISV, cybersecurity, and cloud partners.
• Identify high-value integration use cases across Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, identity, and SIEM ecosystems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver integrations.
• Develop joint solution briefs, co-marketing programs, and field alignment strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and partner teams to drive partner-sourced pipeline.
• Support marketplace listings and co-sell programs with major cloud providers.
