Bally's in Chicago seeks a seasoned leader to run Table Games and Poker from pre-opening through ongoing operations. You will shape the opening plan, lead staffing, floor design, and system setup while driving a best-in-class guest experience from day one.

You will manage performance, budgets, and vendor relations, ensuring compliance and a culture of integrity, engagement, and service excellence within a high-volume gaming environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Table Games leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in a Director-level or senior leadership role.
• Casino pre-opening, expansion, or property opening experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Table Games, Poker operations, and budgeting.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead all pre-opening Table Games and Poker activities, including staffing and policies.
• Partner with Operations, vendors, and stakeholders for opening preparations.
• Establish dealer training, service standards, and a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily performance, game spread, limits, and tournaments.
• Analyze metrics and drive data-driven improvements in performance and guest experience.
• Oversee budgets, labor, and financial performance; provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and gaming regulations; collaborate with security and audit.
