Job summary

Bally's Chicago Operating Co LLC in Chicago, IL, seeks a seasoned executive to lead Table Games and Poker pre-opening and ongoing operations. You will oversee staff, floor planning, policy implementation, and vendor coordination to ensure a flawless opening and world-class guest experience from day one.

Responsibilities include designing training, optimizing game mix and table limits, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strict regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Table Games leadership experience.
• Director-level or senior leadership experience preferred.
• Casino pre-opening or property opening experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening Table Games and Poker activities, including staffing and floor planning.
• Partner with operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure opening readiness.
• Establish training programs, service standards, and high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily operations, game spread optimization, tournaments, and revenue initiatives.
• Analyze metrics and drive data-driven improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
