Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, with strong financial planning
• Experience in a consumer goods/CPG or fast-moving environment
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive reporting
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel
• Ability to influence decisions and communicate clearly to non-finance audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
• Partner with CFO/COO and plant leaders to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Drive monthly performance reviews: variance, risks, actions.
• Develop decision-support models for sourcing, capital investments, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members across plants.
