Job summary

Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces seeks a senior Procurement Finance professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and suppliers. You will lead strategic sourcing, evaluate supplier economics, and drive savings governance with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement or finance with strong modeling, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of progressive finance experience including procurement/sourcing/SCF/FP&A.
Strong command of material cost forecasting, COGS, gross margin, inventory, and working capital.
Experience supporting supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and savings validation.
Experience leading analysts and cross-functional governance in a finance context.

Responsibilities

Own planning, forecasting, and long-range budgeting for raw materials, packaging, and procurement costs.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier cost analysis to optimize total cost of ownership.
Define savings governance, dashboards, and performance reporting for sourcing and finance.
Advise senior leaders on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions across procurement finance.
