Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Finance to be the senior finance partner to supply chain, procurement, operations, and other leaders. Reporting to the CFO and partnering with the COO, this role connects operating plans to financial outcomes and supports growth with disciplined planning and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will bring FP&A and supply-chain experience, executive presence, and strong modeling skills to translate complex issues into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Drive productivity initiatives and cost optimization across the function.
• Build cross-functional alignment to translate financial plans into actions.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and variance analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop decision-support models for sourcing and capital investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members.
