Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Director for a global specialty foods leader. This role will connect financial, commercial, and operational plans to forecast revenue and drive inventory planning and ordering decisions.

The candidate will own the inventory forecast, lead budgeting and long‑range planning, and partner with Finance to optimize working capital, COGS, and cash flow. Expertise in analytics, AI-driven improvements, and BI is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
10+ years of experience in FP&A, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
Experience in inventory-intensive environments such as consumer products, manufacturing, or retail.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of inventory management, working capital, and COGS impacts.

Responsibilities

Link financial, commercial, and operational plans with revenue forecasts and inventory requirements.
Own the inventory order process and translate demand forecasts into procurement recommendations.
Develop inventory forecasts including turns, weeks of supply, and cash requirements.
Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Lead process, system, data, and analytics improvements using AI and BI.
