Job summary

Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Supply Chain. You will partner with Co-Manufacturing to optimize costs and capital investments, while driving cross-functional alignment and executive reporting.

The role requires strong finance leadership in manufacturing economics, cost control, and long-range planning, with a focus on driving efficiency and growth in a rapidly evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in supply chain/FP&A.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management processes.
• Strong command of manufacturing economics, COGS, standard costing, productivity, yield, labor, overhead, and capital investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning for Supply Chain.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews; explain results and actions.
• Integrate manufacturing, sourcing, logistics into a cohesive financial outlook.
• Represent Supply Chain Finance in S&OP / IBP and other operating rhythms.
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis across demand, mix, cost, capacity, inventory, service, and network assumptions.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting with trends and insights on Supply Chain performance.
