Job summary

Kettle Cuisine seeks a transformational Senior Director of Operational Excellence to elevate manufacturing performance across its U.S. network.

Reporting to the COO, you will shape culture, establish a scalable operating system, and drive productivity, efficiency and profitability with hands-on leadership and strategic vision. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, strengthen ownership at all levels, and develop leaders to sustain a disciplined operating system and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to design and sustain manufacturing operating systems across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a network-wide Operational Excellence strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
• Design and deploy a standardized manufacturing operating system with visibility and accountability.
• Lead OEE, throughput, and cost-improvement initiatives across facilities.
• Coach plant leaders and cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement and ownership.
