Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid subscription or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement across the subscriber journey from acquisition to win-back.
• Identify drivers of conversion, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
• Evaluate campaigns, content engagement, pricing, and promotions for investment decisions.
• Establish consistent metrics and reporting for a growing subscription portfolio.
• Lead two Managers and set priorities to ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate findings into action.
• Deliver executive-ready recommendations to shape business strategy.
