Tennis Channel is seeking a Director, Growth Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmaps, and execution that accelerate subscriber acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention across our direct-to-consumer offerings.

You will collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring high-impact experiences to market.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in subscription or direct-to-consumer products.
• Proven success driving measurable growth in acquisition, engagement, or retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL proficiency.
• Experience partnering with Design and Engineering teams to ship customer-facing products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: ASO, App Store analytics, MAI campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the growth product roadmap across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities through analytics, customer research, and experimentation.
• Design, measure, and optimize A/B tests and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve conversion across paid, owned, and organic channels.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, and communicate results to executives.
• Write SQL and work directly with data to answer product questions and uncover insights.
